To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物勉強，服務態度勁差我諗食嘢食物質素其實好多地方差唔多，一間咁耐歷史嘅茶餐廳，講真其實食物質素不嬲都係幾好。但係有時食嘢，態度同心情受到影響，即使幾好食嘅食物都變得唔好食。有啲人的確係鍾意俾人催逼下，就好似某間餐廳喺香港佐敦果一間咁，服務態度差都好多人嚟幫襯。咁樣無可厚非，一個願打一個願捱。但係講真食完之後，食之前已經一肚戲，同埋客觀啲咁講，佢嗰啲食物唔係好夠熱，都唔好講食物嘅味道，客觀嘅溫度我都覺得唔合格。沙嗲牛肉凍凍地，個湯底又唔係好熱，隻蛋又唔係剪得好好食，火腿好似冇煎過，淥熟左就俾你食。同埋啲通粉，用嘅牌子我諗間間差唔多，但係呢一間嘅絕對唔係特別出名好食嘅通心粉牌子。大家食慣早餐都明白，通心粉得幾款，師傅嘅手勢令到質素會提高，但係呢度只能講係食得落口，一啲都唔出色。
