To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見幾特別就諗住嗌黎試下，soda同espresso會分開上，因為黑糖本身就有少少苦澀味，再配埋帶微微酸味既梳打水，飲落去有陣微微咖啡香帶啲澀，可能我唔應該一次過落晒架😞，味覺唔太討好😶

總結，對住個海景hightea你都唔好話唔chill🥰 d cake真係好有質素～ 個cheesecake我大推！！唔想咁邪惡既話，戚風蛋糕都係唔錯選擇🙆🏼‍♀️ 下次我要試卷蛋🤤
