To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日係星期日超級好天，特登入左淺水灣游水。又到肚餓嘅時候，就係沙灘邊隨便揀一間餐廳，見呢間啲裝修都幾有特色，一於試吓佢啲嘢食得唔得。叫咗個牛肉漢堡，揀咗三成熟。上碟嘅時候見過外表幾好滿心歡喜應該幾好食，如果一咬落去，個包實在係太乾啦，麵包皮一啲都唔好食，勝在返牛肉漢堡扒嘅肉汁都算OK，先至叫係勉強合格。再同幾個朋友分享左一支水果酒，都真係幾好味嘅，夏天時候飲真係非常解渴。我諗下次再嚟食，一定唔會再叫漢堡啦。
