今日星期六lunch 黎到係銅鑼灣既張公館,我地被安排到可以望住維港海景既位,未食已經比個景吸引住! 😃鴛鴦燒賣一籠四隻。餡料新鮮,每粒都有蝦係面頭,鴛鴦既意思原來其中兩隻係比較有d 小辣既,幾特別咁!另外,鮮蝦腐皮卷都係,外面炸得金黃香脆,裡面包著鮮蝦,蝦肉鮮甜,食得出既新鮮呀😍再黎叫d 特別野就係魚翅灌湯餃, 餃子的皮薄得剛好,裡面湯汁豐富,咬下去瞬間就爆發出濃郁的味道。加入魚翅即刻將成個點心升左個grade! 四川蝦餅就有點特別,內有帶有微微的辣味係確實幾有四川既風味,做到外脆內嫩咁既夾餅咁😌最後,荷香鮑魚瑤柱珍珠雞,最特別之處係有瑤柱和鮑魚,讓整道菜顯得高級又美味,出面既茶樓真係好少咁有鮑魚係珍珠雞入面😆
