Restaurant: Palace Wedding Banquet

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✨望住靚景食嘢特有一番風味✨

The One的煌府食過好幾次，貪呢度客人少，坐得很寬敞。而且好多時都可以坐到窗邊，望到夜景。食物就中規中矩，但比較經濟。叫了四人海鮮套餐。避風塘炒澳洲龍蝦(一隻)，切到細細舊 ，份量很多，肉質很爽。椒鹽海生蝦，都很爽口，很大隻。亦都入味蒸沙巴龍躉，蒸耐了少少，有點老。炒菜正常發揮。海鮮炒飯，很大碟，炒到金黃色。味道亦很好。最後有甜品，而是日甜品是桂花糕或者紅豆沙。而中間有段小插曲，有個非常固執阿姐，堅持將不是我們點的菜式放在我地枱，不肯拎走幸好另一個男職員就好醒目懂得處理。
