Memento 以朝啡夕酒為概念，其日間出品亦帶有雞尾酒般的創作理念。Honey Cold Brew 選用西貢 hushush 咖啡豆浸泡的冷萃咖啡，加上百花蜜增添絲絲花香及蜜甜。Earl Grey Soda 以自家醃製的糖漬檸檬，配合伯爵茶梳打，清新且爽快。With a cocktail bar setting, the daytime offering of Memento also reflect their uniqueness, such as Honey Cold Brew, cold brew coffee added a floral taste from honey, and Earl Grey Soda using earl grey soda and housemade marinated lemon.
