To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喜歡吃壽司的人,大概也應該會喜歡那些連鎖壽司店,梗有一間你會特別鐘情。從前較百花齊放的年代,板乜板乜元乜元乜都成行成市,還有一眾劣食之選,近一年,不知是否到現時為止,相信如果要吃好一點的壽司,我相信大約會係元氣和千両之爭,但當然,身邊的朋友都是識食之人,點會放過食好野嘅機會,打正旗號朝捕晚嘗的千両就自然是一眾識途老馬之選。有個朋友非常喜歡飲酒,當然不會錯過飲sake的機會,可惜今晚我有點抱恙,看見配合今晚的春季menu有幾杯清新的sake也算適合我們飲,朋友飲得樂極忘形,我一點也不夠膽試,聽他說和今晚一眾白魚主角也很配合,如果再有機會準可以試一試。不一定是omakase才有佐酒小食的,在這裡你同樣可以自製這種喜悅,香蒜炸甜蝦,比前兩天高級的omakase店做得有過之而無不及,油份不著痕跡卻又味道可口,絕對值得一讚。味淋魚乾相對做得較遜色,可能我不喜歡太乾身的東西,也沒有心機分辦佢好唔好味,只草草吃了幾啖便算了。蜜柑味油甘魚刺身,加點魚籽,香氣味道口感都更豐富。灸燒柑橘味油甘魚刺身,柑橘味好強,我喜歡這個多於蜜柑,燒過的柑橘味更深刻更有層次。我最期待的刺身終於來到,這大約是omakase

灸燒柑橘味油甘魚刺身,柑橘味好強,我喜歡這個多於蜜柑,燒過的柑橘味更深刻更有層次。

我最期待的刺身終於來到,這大約是omakase沒有的震撼,大概就如你有睇過AV都知乜野係萬人斬,個感覺係感官上絕對震撼,如果這是一套群戲,那麼平日omakase就只係一男一女的愛情浪漫動作片。

朝捕晚嚐海之幸(大盛)的樣子是氣勢如虹,當中包括了多種時令的魚款,全部都是以白身魚為主,呢round刺身主要沒有加任何調味,其實我最喜歡的就是伊左目,那個感覺完全係我那天食omakase的感覺,伊左目層皮用滾水灼熟,而肉質還是那冷冷的鮮,那種滋味,卻上心頭。

最下兩旁係黑睦和櫻魚鯛,兩種鮮味沒有油甘那樣出眾,不過絕對也體現到朝嘗晚捕的極致。

這個併盤同樣有蜜柑味油甘魚刺身和灸燒柑橘味甘魚刺身,剛剛吃過的在這個刺身盤可以再encore。

吃了這麼多的凍吃,一些熱食也是必需吧。鍋燒牛油馬刀貝,如果說新鮮感,這個是特別高的,至少好少在壽司店熱食貝類,還要是少見的馬刀貝。

馬刀貝都是極度的鮮味,配合為數甚多的海葵,加上那鮮甜的湯,我想如果加個烏冬會更美妙。

海膽壽司,要挑剔的可能就是這個壽司吧,說真對千両好有期待,但呢個海膽真係麻麻,冇應有的海膽味係最致命傷。

佐賀和牛壽司,一百分,那個和牛於口中溶化的感覺,油脂分佈好平均,補償了剛剛海膽為我帶來了的不快。

呑拿魚蓉加上海膽的千両壽司,相對冇咁搶眼,不過碎得很的呑拿魚蓉和海膽配得適合,我不知這個海膽和剛剛有沒有分別,我只知道這個味道較正常,有著應有海膽幽香。

大拖羅壽司的好是無需置疑的,大大塊的拖羅完全見到都呑口水,其實這個特色四點盛應該是吃拖羅壽司為先,那個濃烈的拖羅美感完全係口中翻滾奔騰,就算前晚今晚聽晚都食日本食野都想繼續吃多件拖羅壽司和佐賀和牛壽司

朝捕晚嘗的極致,大約就是簡單吃到的鮮味,你不用吃omakase才吃到很新鮮的壽司,一個平民化的價錢已經叫你可以感受到那新鮮捕捉到的海洋美。

PS原來呢間旗艦店除了壽司以外還有好多其他串燒燒物料理等,少食生冷野的話可以有更多選擇。
