To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 成日經過都冇食過，見今日有時間就入去食過早餐。宜家入餐廳要掃針卡，佢部電話裝嘅位置令到客人部電話勁反光，勁難掃，浪費左好多時間！餐廳啲位都幾密同幾迫下，不過餐廳樓底幾高，坐落都幾ok，加上一排大窗，視野廣闊，冇咩壓迫感。💕火腿濃湯通粉$35💕牛乳炒滑蛋配蒜香多士💕凍檸茶+$3落單約5分鐘後就有得食，個碗勁大，火腿片超多，一入口個啖湯係忌廉湯，牛奶味唔覺，但湯底可以的。通粉係有啲啱啱淥熟咁，另外啲菜係介蘭？介蘭切片，但配通粉口感很怪很生硬，唔係幾夾。牛乳炒滑蛋好香，有牛油味，滑蛋ok滑。蒜香多士，有烘底，好食。凍檸茶，第一次見杯凍檸茶冇檸檬片，原來呢個係餐廳特色，先將檸檬打碎再沖，一飲落去係好重檸檬味，冇咩茶味，唔係咁講究茶底嘅朋友都可以接受，呢杯仲要好大杯，好冰凍。
