華麗轉身的麗晶酒店, 其自助餐口碑相當好, 所以訂位情況一直相當緊張.  早前我終於都去了朝聖, 質素之高, 也難怪讓人爭崩頭. 幾喜歡現時harbourside的設計與裝潢, 好舒適, 而buffet line一排長形的, 最多棒場客的凍海鮮與刺身放在最則, 即使有人龍也不怕阻礙甜品、中菜、西菜的部份.凍海鮮有鮮甜的皇帝蟹腳、滿滿蝦膏兼彈牙的凍蝦、螺、青口、各款醃三文魚.幾款芝士及cold cut, 新鮮蔬菜(有我喜歡的牛油生菜), 預拌沙律, 極多選擇!  刺身都新鮮, 甜蝦、三文魚、吞拿魚、還有一系列卷物及壽司, 值得留意壽司的飯是用了醋飯, 好味~滑蛋鰻魚飯, 即叫即製, 記得趁熱吃~  仿彿有著魔力, 讓人多吃一碗! 中式熱葷蒸龍躉、木魚豆腐、臘味炒椰菜花、金不換辣椒炒蝦球、浙江骨、人參雞湯、杞子燒賣、皮薄餡靚的蝦餃.海南雞飯, 每飯都有一隻小脾及雞翼, 雞油飯頗香, 同樣是必食!粉麵區有海鮮喇沙及西式意粉, 喇沙顏色偏深, 但不算很辣, 反而幾香.西式熱葷有carving station, 西冷、羊架, 加烤番茄、Yorkshire pudding, 喝一碗蟹肉南瓜湯,

甜品好多款都極吸引, 近年已少吃甜品的我也無力抗拒, 例如幼滑輕盈的Banoffee, 絕對會一試愛上, 香蕉與焦糖的配搭, 好出眾.

雪糕全是酒店自家製, 八款口味, 很難挑選幾款來吃,  真的要說:「小朋友才需要選!」我們….就八球盡吃.   冷萃咖啡、朱古力、奶茶、呍尼嗱、抹茶、芒果雪葩、士多啤梨、榛子, 認真各有千秋! 自己又可添加配料, 例如雜莓及果仁.
