今次太晏先過嚟，好多產品都已經售罄，所以我揀咗普通嘅原味芝士蛋糕。店員亦有教落，食之前放入微波爐叮一叮味道會更佳更香。雖然今次未有機會試到特別口味，原味都已經好好味，厚厚嘅蛋糕非常鬆軟。平時食果幾芝士蛋糕感覺比較似海綿蛋糕，Uncle Tetsu 呢個特別在有少少似食緊 souffle 嘅感覺，從此開始對呢類芝士蛋糕有少少改觀。
