🇯🇵🍜呢一間拉麵店真係唔知回頭咗幾多次naaa🤤 印象中港島、九龍嘅分店唔到去過晒咁濟🤫Menu:1️⃣ Supreme Creamy Beef Soup Ramen ($98)之前食開佢哋嘅鹽味、雞湯湯底,見最近推出左個全新湯底「極濃牛骨湯」,所以就萌生嚟朝聖嘅念頭😗 可惜當晚遲咗收工所以好晏先到,A4西冷和牛已經Sold out 🥹 幸好呢款湯底配慢煮豚肉叉燒味道都好夾😛 湯底飲得出有陣陣牛味,但唔會有食完想一直飲水嘅情況,所以個湯底絕對唔係用味精溝出嚟🥰🫶🏻2️⃣ Ox Tongue ($68/ 1 skewer)牛舌切得頗厚身,咀嚼嘅時候會有黑椒嘅辛味🧂 燒烤嘅時間火候控制得好好,入口先會咁鮮嫩,完全唔韌🐮👍🏻3️⃣ Chicken Kidney ($48/ 2 skewers)而雞腎亦都非常爽口,燒烤中簡簡單單用鹽去調味已經足夠好食,唔需要再額外加七味粉🙌🏻🐤4️⃣ Hitachino Saison du Japon($58/ bottle)食得串燒…邊可能唔配啤酒啦😼 星期五夜晚梗係要飲啲甜甜地味道嘅啤酒~ 所以揀咗一款以清酒米作原料嘅日本進口果味手工啤酒🍺 因為係釀造時加入清香柚子汁,所
