一系列限桌令打油詩成為近期焦點嘅青花亭,咁英勇當然要支持下啦~.全晚至愛香煎加拿大豬頸肉佐大蒜炒滑蛋伴蔥油飯,有如升lv版嘅叉蛋飯,將一樣好中式佬味好重嘅嘢整到好西式又好細緻,用上油感重又帶爽口嘅豬頸肉嚟代替叉燒,炒滑蛋加蒜西化得嚟更惹味,最過癮係個飯明明係西式兼上哂色果種但又有莫名親切嘅蔥油香,不得了.另一款私心推介係慢煮美國豬仔斧頭排佐杏脯甜醋汁,慢煮肉類不嬲好得我心,而豬仔斧頭扒經慢煮下肉質腍中帶彈性,其豬肉香亦得以保留,最特別係個甜醋汁帶有蜜餞嘅果香.叫set menu的話一定要加龍蝦湯同鵝肝多士,前者味道鮮濃,但佢又冇出面普遍會帶蝦殼嘅燶味果種情況,而後者個鵝肝更加係超巨型,同埋煎到非常香口,呢兩款一定冇加錯呢.其實最想食係佢個臘味意大利飯,又fusion又係佬嘢,可惜當晚冇得賣,唯有下次再試
