禮拜日晚無目的地喺船街覓食,映入眼簾有幾間餐廳都想試下,最後有位嘅揀咗BARBAR。我鍾意食西班牙菜嘅,但行入去嘅時候冇特別期望,因為早幾日先食完對面22ships(再講),令我不禁覺得,香港啲西班牙菜餐廳都幾飄忽,even大group出品都係咁話。過後我先知BARBAR 係PICA PICA姐妹店 lol週日晚接近席滿,我地做咗喺bar檯位置,餐廳環境算寬敞,裝修雅致。氣氛幾好,當晚有幾檯都係慶祝生日,或者二人date 都不錯Tapas 揀咗三款:Padron Pepper, Smoked Swordfish loin, Wagyu beef tartare & oyster.Pepper 就係最基本嘅seasoning已經好香好食。Smoked Swordfish Loin 嘅煙燻味唔算太重,個汁用橄欖油製成,enhance 返魚肉嘅口感,另外食落都唔會太腥。Wagyu beef tartare & oyster 都係on standard,有別於一般生牛肉他他,加咗啲蠔仔落去令到個鹹香鮮味層次再豐富啲。Main 揀咗 pigeon rice & foie gras。Pigeon

Main 揀咗 pigeon rice & foie gras。Pigeon 熟度剛好,唔會太韌亦保持到口感,foie gras 撈埋啲飯一齊食,夾鵝肝嘅油脂香,同埋綿滑嘅質地令成件事昇華咗。個飯嘅汁唔算好膩,味覺上來講夠豐富,我幾鍾意。

最後如果大家要嗌嘢飲,不妨試試佢哋嘅cocktail,餐廳水準嚟講,我都滿意(亦因為個Sangria麻麻地)。


PLUS,呢度啲服務幾好~再加上價錢亦都幾相宜,總體而言,絕對值得一試,我已經期待緊下次再訪!
