To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Sat 同老公搵tea 食，揾搵下就去左Chop Chop。因為第一次嚟，事前又無search 過，所以唔知餐廳既黯然銷魂飯咁出名，我地只係随意order 左是日set lunch。係等餐既時候，才為意店內牆上燒味menu，繼而再留意每枱食物，燒味賣相相當吸引，好后悔太遲發現😭好彩我地既set lunch 都有炒蛋叉燒飯，都叫試過下呢度既叉燒😅炒蛋都幾滑溜，叉燒香嫰有肉味，有咬口。下次一定會再試下呢度最出名既黯然銷魂飯。
