呢一餐真係期待左好耐嘅飯局,朋友足足BOOK左三個月,仲要係搵咗幾個朋友幫手先BOOK到。細個冇好好讀書,所以大個可以嚟皇仁舊生會食吓飯都好!呢道其實真係唔易搵,坐的士嚟,個司機都唔知係邊度比我落,最後要朋友出嚟接我。裝飾真係冇咩,似正常中式會所,自己獨立一間房,夠晒PRIVACY!朋友一早已經寫好晒菜式,先上呢度好出名嘅富貴佛跳牆。大大隻鮑魚,用料豐富,湯頭濃郁,原盅清燉,呢個嚟到必定要點!!蜜餞金蠔,大大隻桶蠔,先炸再淋上桂花糖汁,鮮甜美味!豉油皇中蝦,蝦肉爽口,選用海中蝦。鮮蟹粉扒豆苗,蟹粉份量多得驚人,即扒多一碗白飯。缽仔焗魚腸,而家越黎越難食到,因為工序煩複但又賣唔起錢,做得好食嘅就更加唔多啦。呢道菜都算係近年我食過數一數二嘅餐廳。
