To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 期待已久終於終於都等到我食啦❤️ 由訂檯到開餐足足等左半年時間先輪到我食😣😣 真係等到我頸都長埋😂 首先上菜先嚟碗燉湯❤️ 超級清甜嘅燉湯 之後頭盤有鹹魚臭豆腐🤩 一上檯個陣味勁到無得頂😂 食落非常香口 配上辣醬食又一番風味 另外仲有龍井菊花煙燻乳鴿 煙燻味道好重 但又未算帶出太特別感覺 再之後我哋一早就預訂左「第一刀」叉燒❤️呢個叉燒係餐牌係完全唔會搵到 一定要一早預訂左先有得食😎 食落真係超級好味 每一件都係半肥瘦分明 再加上烤到燶邊 配上煙燻味道 真係無得彈🤩之後到主角出場啦 人人必叫雞油花雕蒸花蟹配陳村粉 呢個簡直係我至愛呀❤️大大隻嘅花蟹 配上所有精華吸收哂落陳村粉到🤩 一食陳村粉個陣蟹味 雞油配埋花雕味 一試難忘 食哂陳村粉都唔候 整多個白飯係撈哂所有汁 一滴不漏🤣最後嚟多個胡椒清湯牛坑腩 坑腩感覺唔係好似我預期之中咁 不過食落亦都非常唸口 入面配左甜到入心嘅白蘿蔔加上每日新鮮係樹記買嘅枝竹🤩 最後甜品仲有生磨杏仁茶同好特別嘅杞子雪糕🤣🤣
