終於食到期待已久既酒鍋啦! 呢度真係旺到要提早好耐打電話黎book先book到,就算平日都好多日! 今次係老公加左人工,所以請我食好野!不過就算係平日都book左好耐先有位! Cwb既酒鍋係V Point,呢棟出名食好野,上到去見到環境好靚,最無敵既係有兩邊落地大玻璃,右面望到維港海景,前面望到灣仔合和以及遠望山頂! 果晚好好天,景觀真係無敵!打邊爐之前,我地想先試d特別既小食! 老公見menu有個非一般既花膠,又知我鐘意食,所以叫左個"秘制台式麻辣大花膠"! 花膠配麻辣?真係好surprise ! 舊舊花膠都大大塊,厚肉地,勁有口感,有5大塊! 估唔到配埋麻辣,個味道咁搭喎! 麻辣唔算好勁味,算係小辣過癮果種,既食到麻辣既香又有花膠既鮮! 好食!講返個邊爐先,打邊爐最緊要緊係最重要個湯底啦! 酒鍋最出名既係"香港原創五格鍋", 老公鐘意食芫茜,所以點左個"巨無霸芫茜鍋"! 有幾"巨無霸"? 真多芫茜到估你唔到,大概係一座山咁高…好勁多啊正! 我地呢個係四格鍋,分別有清湯牛腩 (無花無假,有4-5舊牛腩同豬紅架,而且係靚腩唔肥,落埋芫茜落去個湯清得黎好香) + 番茄薯仔豬骨 (誇到呢
