To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間餐廳已經比我收藏左差不多一年,今日終於可以一嘗滋味。餐廳氣氛很浪漫,每張枱上都有一個小蠟燭。好適合情侶前往,同時都係慶生日的好地方!餐具擺放整齊!感覺好高級入座後,職員很快就為我們送上餐包,餐包是用墨汁整成十分特別。法包軟硬適而且還是溫溫的,不錯。這個法包令我很驚喜,因爲他們用的不是一般的牛油,而是(黑松露味的)牛油,吃下去有膿濃的黑松露味。 Kessler Riesling:呢隻Riesling好易入口!比較Fruity,感覺清爽,味道芬芳有層次,很適合女孩子喝。海膽多士:海膽鮮甜, 鋪滿表層的海膽配上火箭菜、番茄粒及蒜蓉多士一起吃味道濃郁清新,口感豐富。熱溶芝士:店員會將原個芝士表面溶化,然後再拎出去係我們的面前刮下。芝士分量超級多!只看刮下的一幕已經很興奮。芝士有淡淡的乳香,乳味適中,表面烤得有少少脆。我喜歡將火箭菜用肉包起,然後再加大量的芝士一齊放入口,感覺不會油膩,口感清新有層次。黑毛豬: 來至西班牙的黑毛豬十分矜貴,只看買相已經相當吸引,擺得好高級。切開呈粉色,肉質有彈性之餘帶點爽,豬肉清晰呈現大理石紋般的油花,肉香油香兼備。最後係甜品時間!我叫左法式焦糖布甸,香脆的焦

不得不提,餐廳的店員十分貼心,知道我們預備食下一道菜的時候會幫我們換上乾淨的碟子,避免影響下一道菜的味道。整體好滿意,一定會再次光顧。
