身為偽文青,都唔會放過可以打卡既食點,單睇食物賣相同青花器皿巳經激發起我試佢既意欲,去到現場貫徹青花瓷特色,以白色為主調既簡約裝修,仲有靚女侍應同廚師。講番食物,同朋友分別叫左鮮帶子蜜糖芥末雜菌意大利飯配酥皮干邑龍蝦湯,刺身櫻花蝦烏魚子意粉,飲品檸檬茶配蜜糖同蝶豆花白桃乳酸梳打,甜品就乳酪海灘。賣相唔洗講,只係份量少,女士未必夠食,更何況係男士,好在我keep緊,唔會食飽...個意大利飯味道還好,只係帶子得兩隻,百幾蚊碟覺得可以加番的,個飯幾有咬感;至於意粉,朋友話無咩驚喜,佢仲拎富豪間中菜既櫻花蝦炒飯來比,攪笑!個湯酥皮正常,但唔知點解個龍蝦湯好腥,唔係好慣。杯檸檬茶配蜜糖都幾好飲,蝶豆花紫色就好吸睛,味道還好。最後個甜品,都係因為個樣而想試,味道都可以,其中的燕麥應該焗過,好咬口,但生果份量可以再放多d。總括而言,講餐廳裝潢,舒適度,以至食物賣相都幾滿意,但份量同味道都有進步空間。我比較支持用心既食店,加上一個靚字,朋友巳經講話想下次試下個蒸籠全日早餐,希望俾到驚喜我地。
