To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自小已很喜歡過聖誕由孩童時期待聖誕老人送來禮物到長大期待派對到現在人到中年都極渴望聖誕到來臨,剛踏入12月的第一天便有幸來到天際萬豪酒店參加聖誕亮燈儀式好榮幸喔!!終於感受到一絲冬意^0^ 是夜美酒點心不絕質素更是上佳呢^0^ 邊吃邊欣賞孩童們載歌載舞充滿動感氣氛即時澎湃起來~ 好友甜魔媽媽在抽獎環節中了大獎真的替她開心恭喜晒^0^ 既然咁開心亮燈儀式後便到Sky City Bistro賀一賀佢還可跟昨天生日的Angela慶祝生日喔^0^我哋想好好傾下計所以冇食Buffet選擇A La Carte先上麵包藍鬆軟和暖但因之前吃了不少美點所以只吃能淺嚐~煙三文魚拼盤$158煙三文顏色鮮明沒腥味加點檸檬汁即時提鮮不少~ 烤雞牛油果凱撒沙律$138醬汁剛好生菜爽脆可口加入牛油果增添不少吸引力~ 巴馬火腿薄餅$148風乾火腿係我最愛芝士味香濃如再脆多點更討人歡心~ 印度烤雞$188乾身咖哩烤雞辣勁頗夠雞肉亦不嚡口~ 印度薄餅牛油味$68本想用來點印度烤雞但原來係乾咖哩不過空口食也不錯呢~海南雞飯$158有油飯,清湯和海南雞,油飯係水準之作飯粒分明可惜隻雞唔爭氣嚡咗少少~喺道祝Angela生日快樂
