平時食牛做主角嘅餐廳,不論燒肉定打邊爐,都好少有中伏嘅時候,牛唔好太老、太柴、太硬,有肉味同調味做好,筆者就會食得好開心。今日試牛太,老實講幾失望,就算食嘅係三百尾嘅餐,筆者期望基本牛嘅調味起碼要做好,或者本身啲牛好夠牛味,而今次點嘅肉幾乎邊款部位嘅肉都淡而無味。當然人人口味唔同,唔鍾意咁淡都可以點醬食,但俾三百幾蚊食肉仲要點醬先好食實在太唔抵喇。有燒汁個款牛會比較有味道,其他牛肉嘅品質其實未好到可以零調味咁上菜,燒完出黎未去到難食,但好似打邊爐落左清湯底嘅感覺。筆者幾鍾意食牛舌,但真係冇辦法叫多round。連出名重牛味嘅封門柳淡到筆者都食唔出係咩部位。海鮮類如墨魚仔都一樣,燒完出黎好似白𤆥咁。最後點芝士汁食,芝士汁本身就偏水,唔好ff佢有拉絲感,幫手提吓味啦。內臟類嘅串燒筆者冇食,但有食嘅同桌話一樣有無味嘅問題。除咗牛,佢哋好似都唔太擅長做蛋嘅料理,明太子玉子燒應該係一早整定晒雪係雪櫃,有人叫就拎出黎,所以係凍嘅,仲有少少鞋。未去到難食,但諗住會係新鮮熱辣辣即整嘅筆者心裡面點都扣咗分架喇。另一個無影到嘅係佢嘅蛋黃飯,食到有啲蛋殼。自助區有啲沙律 炸物 甜品同飲品。感覺到餐廳有盡力做好

自助區有啲沙律 炸物 甜品同飲品。感覺到餐廳有盡力做好保溫,但炸物放耐咗會唔脆係難以避免。特別係薯條,唔脆之餘仲硬堀堀,建議可以留quota。沙律甜品飲品就正常啦,有得任飲啤酒係唔錯嘅。

總括黎講,如果一直都係今日呢個水準,建議唔使特登黎試喇。就算食高一級嘅餐有和牛,聽到隔離講啲和牛都係麻麻地。性價比太低喇,食其他餐廳會開心啲。
職員態度係有禮嘅,環境都舒適,但係啲食物會令人愈食愈覺得不值。
