To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時係屋企附近都見到呢間店，外表高級，價錢更高級，一直都唔敢入。但係最近多左張50$ coupon 可以一試每一個餐都可以跟一個湯，通常都係70$ up，或者一湯一飲品，80$ up。我叫左個雞肉蘑菇意粉，加一個薯容，一個包，一個湯，一杯熱水果茶。首先，個湯同我expect個味唔一樣，以為係酸酸甜甜，好易入口，原來係得個酸字。2，個main dish，好膩好漏，食完好濟，個汁又唔係特別有味。不過有樣野都值得讚係啲雞肉好大舊，足料3，薯蓉，就係普通一個薯蓉，屋企買個薯仔擺落去焗一樣，但係收27$總括，價錢收咁貴，食物又唔係好食，唔成正比
