To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實很多酒店自助餐已經在減價！但由於看到很多對普慶的好評，即使沒有優惠最後都選擇了這間酒店來慶祝家人生日！首先講下海鮮種類： 有生蠔、龍蝦、小龍蝦、青口、長腳蟹腳、大蝦，海鮮都算新鮮！算是全晚推介之選！魚生都算新鮮！天婦羅炸蝦味道不錯！其他熟食的味道及質素大致正常水準！除了黑毛豬肉質非常’鞋‘，味道像白烚一樣，感覺有d失望😞甜品質素一般，尤其日式芝士蛋糕，不夠幼滑，口感只像普通蛋糕！飲品方面：只包一杯飲品！而且選擇太少！果汁都無，只有咖啡、奶茶、檸茶及檸水選擇😩服務方面：侍應頗為有禮貌，值得一讃！以餐廳食物質素、環境來評分，用這價錢，應該有其他選擇。
