每次去韓國都經過呢間餐廳,但因為成日掛住食韓國野,所以從來冇試過。身為蒜魔,竟然喺香港先有機會試,真係丟臉...Garlic bread tower ($48)上菜後,一小撮焗到金黃香脆嘅baguette企咗喺度,上面鋪滿生蒜,影完相之後店員就幫我哋切開;baguette入口脆卜卜,不過佢本身冇乜蒜香味,雖然好多生蒜,但感覺係生蒜還生蒜,baguette還baguette咁樣Garlic Snowing Pizza ($108)店員話,pizza底係用韓國麵粉製造,每日新鮮焗,topping有蝦、菠蘿及大量炸蒜,仲會喺上菜後落大量嘅parmesan cheese;批邊焗得脆口,中間軟綿;不過蝦冇味、菠蘿冇味、炸蒜冇味,似係食緊一塊軟綿綿嘅pizza......Garlic steak($188)我哋要全熟,牛扒上鋪滿蒜蓉,但牛肉冇味又幾韌,唔多掂;炸蒜及蒜蓉雖然好多,但係都係冇味嘅,老實講如果用牛扒嘅油煮一煮都已經會非常香濃,但而家感覺就係牛扒還牛扒,蒜蓉還蒜蓉...Crab & Lobster Pasta ($138)忌廉汁香滑,但我食唔出有蒜味;蟹肉及龍蝦肉唔算鮮甜,意粉冇乜al

呢個炒飯其實幾好食,炒到粒粒分明又唔黏,但嚴格嚟講只係一個不過不失嘅炒飯,蒜嘅份量亦都唔足夠.... Garlic & Banana Nutella Pizza ($68)
pancake上搽滿朱古力醬,加埋香蕉片及用糖水浸過嘅蒜頭,冇咗強烈嘅蒜味,但以pancake嚟講都算OK,口感不錯

連甜品都要放一粒蒜頭,等我仲以為係用蒜頭做cheesecake咁創新添!但其實呢粒蒜頭作用不大,可有可無;齋食舊cheesecake就幾好味,夠cheese夠硬!

甜甜哋幾好飲,係適合俾小朋友飲嘅果汁 服務幾好,不過食物普通... 雖然某啲餸菜入面蒜嘅份量係非常充足,蒜嘅味道亦都有嘅,但係就好似同唔可以融入啲食物咁嘅?係我期望過高嗎?
