早排同朋友講起返到香港第一件事要食啲咩,但哋好多人話要食譚仔、壽司郎,不過自己就覺得一定要食嘅係——Pici 呢次離開香港個半月,真係搵唔到一間手工意粉手準拍得住佢哋,仲要佢哋呢期做緊期間限定cheese menu,去到5月31號就冇,一定要過嚟試吓😛今次揀咗Tasting menu ($298/pax),已經包咗兩款前菜、三款意粉同埋兩款甜品,前菜每次都會要Tuna tartare,因為呢到嘅吞拿魚食落去都好夠味,而且唔會有筋,加埋牛油果絕對唔會出錯~今次試埋Parma ham & pistachio pecorino,呢個都係期間限定前菜,除咗不嬲 都咁出色嘅parma ham,今次嘅芝士算幾容易入口~跟住就到重頭戲意粉,今次其實係衝住佢哋嘅期間限定意粉Tagliatelle 4 Formaggi,淨係上枱已經香到不得了,個芝士味道好濃郁而且好有層次,掛晒上去意粉上面真心好邪惡😍 而且佢哋嘅手工意粉係特別有咬口,呢樣同樣適用於另一道Ravioli Fagottelli al Parmigiano,但哋個意大利雲吞皮除咗做到呢種特別口感,咬落去仲爆汁🤤Orecchiette Nduj

Orecchiette Nduja就係平時點都會嗌嘅all time favourite 有咬口得嚟又有啲超juicy辣肉腸,加埋tomato cream sauce base超幸福🥰

期間限定嘅burrata cheesecake都唔錯,食落去唔會太heavy,芝士有少少似乳酪個種奶香🤍兩杯嘢飲都幾清新,解膩一流🌿

總括嚟講,Pici真心一直都冇令我失望,今次嘅芝士menu都絕對推介大家一試🤪而且環境都幾好坐,生日去食仲可以係甜品到畫生日祝福,仲會有polaroid🥳無論係月底前定係之後都會繼續推介大家到訪🙂‍↔️
