To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三哥譚仔出左期間限定套餐，花膠燉雞竹笙米線套餐($54)，中意藥材湯味既我就試下😌花膠燉雞竹笙米線首先講左個湯先，個湯係真係好出色，入面有好多料，當中用左紅棗當歸北芪黨參作為湯底，色水亦都好濃👍🏻飲落去真係有重重既藥材味道，10分啱口味😋但係花膠方面就略顯細塊同硬，煮得唔夠淋;而雞既話幾滑，但係都係比賽細塊。但係入面有竹笙呢個配搭非常之好，因為竹笙吸晒啲湯好入味👍🏻真係要為左個湯去一去試👍🏻凍奶茶而個餐就會配埋飲品，我就配左凍奶茶。今日凍奶茶好難飲！第一次比我， 我以為佢嚟錯阿華田😧成杯嘢都好似係一個茶膽，苦到我退返俾佢😖第二次就正常返啲，不過都真係唔好飲😫

花膠燉雞竹笙米線
首先講左個湯先，個湯係真係好出色，入面有好多料，當中用左紅棗當歸北芪黨參作為湯底，色水亦都好濃👍🏻
飲落去真係有重重既藥材味道，10分啱口味😋
但係花膠方面就略顯細塊同硬，煮得唔夠淋;而雞既話幾滑，但係都係比賽細塊。
但係入面有竹笙呢個配搭非常之好，因為竹笙吸晒啲湯好入味👍🏻真係要為左個湯去一去試👍🏻

而個餐就會配埋飲品，我就配左凍奶茶。今日凍奶茶好難飲！第一次比我， 我以為佢嚟錯阿華田😧成杯嘢都好似係一個茶膽，苦到我退返俾佢😖第二次就正常返啲，不過都真係唔好飲😫
