To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

20070517一個人的壽司晚餐,只叫了三碟東西,兩個是平時款式,一個是期間限定。燒三文魚(15):都是火炙類,但明顯輸給坊間幾個對手,主要是因為燒得太油,三文魚本身已經幾肥,這樣一強調更覺膩口;槍魷魚(12):一貫喜愛的款式,今天的也在水準之內,肉滑,點綴一點薑蓉,恰到好處;白燒活海鰻:期間限定,一本作價20元,最“震撼”的瞬間可能是上桌那一刻,極長,白白的肉身,帶些烤炙的痕跡,壓在那一團小小的壽司飯上,與粗陶的長方形碟子幾配,另附一小袋鰻魚汁供淋在魚上,不過真的入口,又覺不過爾爾,味道偏淡,質地偏軟。沒想到,最滿意的,卻是最便宜的那碟:)
