嗰日同老婆兩個去食飯,主菜叫咗壽喜燒牛肉蛋包飯同埋軟殼蟹卡邦尼意粉都到水準,見到個梨味刨冰係期間限定忍唔住叫左,賣相非常好:然後,我地食左之後驚為天人刨冰嘅味道只有極淡嘅梨味,居然可以做到同水不相伯仲,唔好見啲橙色冰咁深以為好有梨味,實際上係近乎食唔出梨味,完全唔會影響我地品嘗刨冰嘅原味(冰水味)上面啲cream 簡直好似係加左另一個甜品一樣,同刨冰個味同質感撞得好好,好似食緊兩個甜品咁,碗邊啲桃浸過梳打水,好有汽水嘅哪味,而完全唔會有桃味阻左我品嘗原味刨冰。而重頭戲係入面同碗底嘅刨冰:呢個先係成個刨冰嘅核心,冰水嘅純度好足,如果想食完嘢飲碗冰水,或者想食梨同桃但平時唔食得嘅人,就最啱叫呢個過下癮,因為佢只有純粹嘅冰水味,只需要$80左右(未計加1),想試嘅記得支持。最後,認真,唔好叫呢個。
