To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時食開佢3阿哥的「美」線，但「坦仔」新出的木瓜魚湯「美」線真係食過翻尋味。煮過的木瓜又腍又甜，脆肉鯇無骨唔腥，精華係個湯，差不多每次都會「忍」晒，唔洗另外叫嘢「忍」。配料我會揀加「肌肉」，令碗「美線」更完美。雖然圖片睇落好plain好flavourless，但事實上係好夠味，好食過清湯好多架。推介大家去堂食，一來天氣凍堂食熱辣辣，二來堂食的「美線」軟硬程度比較優勝，外賣的比較硬身（可能凍左？）旦禾吾之呢個湯可唔可以加辣？
