To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 26/10早上約了5個教會弟兄去郊遊，便去了集合地點附近的這間大家樂分店打算先享用早餐，叫了蝦湯銀針粉、炒麵及熱好立克。當時有很多人排隊購票，但收銀處只有一個女職員工作，但卻有2個女顧客佔用很長時間，已令我很不滿！及至回復2個女職員工作後，點餐過程才比較順利。當時由於趕著出發，弟兄示意我叫外賣；可是等了良久—約5-6分鐘，螢幕號碼牌仍未顯示我的柯打號碼，我向一個女職員示意後，又等了4-5分鐘，才有另一個女職員告知我訂的餐已到，但卻放在我身後的檯上，我卻不知道，因為我是首次惠顧的，只好怒氣沖沖地拿起食物走了；在搭車往目的地時，我仍要捱餓，實在氣死我了！
