To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食物味道是可以的,係唔夠熱(可能是收市前最後一枱客關係)。環境也是很舒適(酒店隔局冇得輸同埋只淨幾枱食客)。問題係,我開茶時順便要了壺熱水,如果同出面做法唔一樣(水同茶一樣係人頭計), 係咪有責任通知一聲?結果我哋埋單收咗兩位茶錢($25/位)及水錢(都係$25/位)!兩個人淨茶水都$100+10%!!壺水仲要冇返沖過😭酒店餐廳消費預咗貴但咁樣收係咪離譜啲?本身都覺得可以再幫襯(因為有好幾款點心想試但售罄),埋完單直接打消念頭。。。冇下次p.s.返嚟睇食評見到有其他人有相似經歷,可惜冇及時睇到。。。今次真係要寫個「伏」字!
