To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前已經很想試的譚仔三哥，但知道一向以辣出名，所以一直卻步。最近在網上知道原來可以要不辣，故前兩天便過去試一次了。見到餐牌選擇不算太多，但食物、湯底和辣度，都可以自由配搭，於是便叫了一個魚腐、雞肉、蕃茄湯和不辣米線$45。蕃茄湯有微微蕃茄的酸味帶點鹹，湯底滾熱辣。而魚腐的鯪魚肉沒有魚腥味有口感，有多塊腐皮、韭菜和銀牙，幼幼的米線。不過雞肉可能比較薄，所以「鞋」口了一點，但有雞肉味。總體來說不過不失，或者好辣的人是一個好去處。
