Restaurant: 復興粥麵專家
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

未試過咁好食既牛腩牛什

呢間開左好多年既粉麵檔係我讀緊中學時成日去食lunch（大約十年前），當時成日都要等位，人多到要排出鋪外。事隔十幾年估唔到lunch time都仍然爆到顛，不過又真係值得等既，佢𥚃面啲牛腩牛什仍然好好食，好香，又唔太淋又唔太硬，燜得啱啱好。唔知點解佢嗰種香味喺第二度食唔到既。另外，佢既雲吞亦係一絕，啲蝦好爽，肥瘦肉好平均，正！簡得一提，個老闆堅好人，到而家仲成日送魚皮俾啲熟客食，值得加分
