To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

未食過咁唔好食的麵

今天在1840hrs.到坤記叫了一碟豬油撈麵，出來的賣相看到已心中一沉，麵看上去一片暗啞色，一啖食重不知所謂，完全沒有味道，要自已加豉油，麵質鬆、無旦味！之前報紙介紹的真的無樣點。我質疑報紙作者是否麵店親有！之前座下不久，個女侍應好似等唔切咁走埋0黎推我看緊張餐牌，問我叫乜0野食，我即時叫她唔好咁急、嘆！等等好嗎！所以奉勸各位、要聽多d口碑先去試、免食到一肚氣！
