今日計劃去正街的民間年宵,之前特意先到上環食晏,選定蘇豪區再上的The Roundhouse Taproom ,門口見有人好chill 咁飲緊野,響門口位已聞到香濃的煙燻味,裝修風格較metallic,有個好長的水吧有十多款 Draft Craft Beer ,唔怪得知叫Taproom!即時叫了杯手工啤Carbon brews 1bu hazy pale ale (Hong Kong)$78,入口夠清爽,味道感覺像西柚味道,有清甜及麥的味道,完全唔苦澀。主食叫了Combo A $250選了燒牛腩同半隻燒雞,牛腩好香煙燻味,中間軟腍腍,帶出牛肉香味,燒雞好滑,都好大隻。伴菜有Fried Pickles吉列青瓜,味道特殊,未試過呢種食法,點上沙律醬又幾好食。還有兩個Side Dish,選了Mac'n Cheese 同薯仔沙律,Mac'n Cheese有好濃郁的芝士香味,配了忌廉去焗,剛好漿住啲通粉超邪惡!沙律內有薯仔,蛋白同洋蔥碎,酸味味,唔會好溜。我地散叫了Pork Rib 1/2 Rack ($178), 上枱時有強烈煙燻味,份量好大份,店員介紹煙燻肉係用細火慢慢燻烤,在美式Smoke

我地散叫了Pork Rib 1/2 Rack ($178), 上枱時有強烈煙燻味,份量好大份,店員介紹煙燻肉係用細火慢慢燻烤,在美式Smoke House(煙熏爐) 以溫度約120 度烤製而成,所以肉質又軟又嫩滑,用叉一吉就有一絲絲的肉絲,相信手撕豬肉都係用呢個Rib 取出的,份量好大份。

埋單時發現原來冇收service charge ,難得酒吧都唔收,抵左!
