老公跟朋友去過幾次,佢地成班男人都鍾意食牛,所以今次我地兩個人提早訂位,因為平時較多人。當日我地可能早到,所以人不多,服務都ok,鍾意食牛的朋友仔,可以去食。因為我地想試食多種食物,所以叫了8樣食物,所以食到好飽好滿足。第一次食不知道從那個部位開始,不過有圖解就清楚好多。火鍋選擇多,各樣都想試。最後叫了蕃茄薯仔豬骨煲,豬骨味較重,蕃茄味就較淡。肉眼邊有彈性,牛味濃。魚肉較軟身,沒有爽脆口感,但新鮮。重油香味,食多了都會有些膩,但很爽口。十分新鮮,上桌後還很生猛。肉質好爽脆蝦肉好新鮮彈牙好軟滑香口彈牙,送酒一流。

雖然本地牛並非由香港飼養,只不過是經由香港屠宰,所以就稱為本地牛。事實上大多數主要來自內地,其次是東南亞地區等地方,因為香港沒有飼養食用的活牛。
