最近天陰雨濕聲啾啾,乍暖還寒的天氣很不好受,自己自從二月頭以來都咳嗽沒停過,很明顯是寒咳,雖然有著稱為威士忌的藥來治咳,很有成效可是有點浪費,唯有從食物入手好了。想想最簡單又滋補的應該是雞吧?可是雞煲基本都是辣我又不能吃…查一下發現也有像老火湯的雞煲,而且還是椰子湯底?清潤滋補地點又近我,成交。坐下後店員說他們有衣櫃要不要放東西進去,我有點好奇這裡的店面應該沒多少空間放衣櫃,原來就在logo後面,神奇。看一下菜單,麻辣雞煲自然圈外,原來還有冬瓜瑤柱豬骨鍋,鮮雞冬瓜粥鍋就給塗掉,換了新口味泰式香辣雞煲,但又是辣的所以不用考慮,還是選回椰子雞煲。除了湯底外原來雞種都有分別,甚麼粵皇雞泰安雞就是傻傻分不清。椰子湯底就有嘉美雞和BB雞,保守起見本想點最熟悉的嘉美雞,不過店員極力推薦BB雞,說大家都是養了九十日大的雞,BB雞較小但比較嫩滑云云,既然他如此熱情推介就試試吧,反正不是差太多錢。等候的時間就看一下環境,很新淨似乎開業並不久。食之前混一混醬,六款醬油配料不算多但基本的都齊,吃火鍋一向不用太濃的調味,免的蓋過食材的味道,所以加點芫荽和蔥花夠了。然後湯底來到,店員說水滾時放下雞件閂蓋關火焗個

心急之下一咬,燙燙燙﹗但彈性很高,比起手打墨魚丸更為彈牙,用牙齒咀嚼時真的會感覺到施力的同時會有反作用力推開,可能因為油溫比湯底高溫,炸得透徹令墨魚肉收縮得更好。加上椒鹽味道更佳,實在很想叫一瓶啤酒來喝。
