To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

某個因為肚餓而無心工作的下午。已戒掉吃零食習慣的太公，聆聽著肚子咕咕的叫，卻束手無策；正絕望到想撼到埋牆時，救星出現了 - 那自己偷走出去德昌吃下午茶的上司，良心發現為我們帶了外賣回來 - 就是一人一豬扒包！每次去德昌都只叫粉麵，未試過豬扒包，今次有機會一嘗：麵包最好，烤得外脆內軟；豬扒也相當鬆化，肉汁也豐盈，飢民太公不消一會就將之消滅；萬料不到，粉麵店也出品這麼好的豬扒包！吃畢，肉香仍在口腔裏彌留之際，忽然想起一句：「本是同根生，相煎何太急？」豬扒太公幹掉這豬扒包的速度，實在有點操之過急了！
