本人覺得打邊爐唔需要多花式,最緊要材料新鮮,湯底濃厚。而今期我就推介呢一間深水埗嘅火鍋店啦豬骨湯底 $128呢度嘅湯底唔似日式嗰啲火鍋湯底,淨係得色水。佢嘅湯底本身已經有超級多食材,包括有兩大舊筒骨,紅蘿蔔,白蘿蔔,仲有雞腳添!每一樣嘢都好新鮮,所以飲落去個湯好濃厚。介醬 $36/2本地手切牛頸脊  $328新鮮牛肉幾時都咁好食,佢嘅牛肉勁多雪花紋,油脂分佈得非常靚, 厚度剛剛好,唔會好薄!食落去有口感,牛味超級濃,而且唔係雪藏貨色,唔會雪到硬掘掘! 輕輕灼十零秒, 點豉油已經好食到爆。脆鯇腩 $88脆鯇腩好新鮮脆口,肉質好嫩滑,而且唔會好多骨!白鱔片  $98我平時就食開蒸鱔片,多嘅但係原來打邊爐食鱔片都好好食!佢嘅鱔片鮮味好濃,食落去好脆,口感一流!墨魚丸  $88新鮮用墨魚膠打出嚟,食落去好滑,墨魚味濃,好食。芝士蝦丸  $98超級好食,個蝦膠入面有蝦粒, 食落去超濃蝦既鮮味。 灼熟咗既芝士蝦丸咬落去啲芝士爆出嚟,流心效果超級澎湃, 我嘅至愛。豬粉腸 $68其實我好少出街食豬既內臟,因為好多時候都清潔得唔乾淨,有一陣騷味。呢一間火鍋店就冇呢一個問題,佢嘅豬腸粉非常爽口,食落去好新

其實我好少出街食豬既內臟,因為好多時候都清潔得唔乾淨,有一陣騷味。呢一間火鍋店就冇呢一個問題,佢嘅豬腸粉非常爽口,食落去好新鮮, 值得一試。

即炸紫菜響鈴  $68
呢一個響鈴好特別,佢唔係淨係得響鈴,中間夾住咗一塊紫菜攞去炸,所以食落去好香紫菜嘅味道。 輕輕響湯底灼五秒, 拎上嚟索曬個豬骨湯汁,但又保持到個脆度,掂!
