To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好掛住賣相吸引、材料豐富嘅日式丼飯呀，未去到日本，喺香港都可以食到日式丼飯滋味，今次就黎到丼丼屋，感受吓和風之味！Caca今次食乜嘢？🍱牛油粟米稀有豚肉丼 (特盛） $118大大片嘅KAMIKOMI 豚肉，食落有炭烤香味，採用宮城米煮出珍珠一樣嘅米飯，加上牛油、日本粟米、甜露筍，好滋味呀！加$10仲可以升級定食，有沙律、荔枝果茶、日式麵豉湯、蜜柑果凍，CP值好高呢～🍣自選海鮮丼（定食）刺身丼都可以自選架，Caca今次就揀咗三文魚腩x4片、特大赤海蝦x2、拖羅x4片，刺身每片都又厚又肥美，味覺大滿足呀！追加🐔炸芝麻雞翼，香口而且皮脆肉嫩😋
