To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 趁早餐未完拿拿聲去嘆個早餐先, 當我一見到個厚牛油多士, 唔洗唸就叫依個餐啦!依間店係自己用手機落單既, 不過我見如果有人唔識都可以叫店員幫手落單既. 野食好快到, 可能平日唔算多人, 首先更係食咗個咖央厚牛油多士, 窩心既餐廳將佢切開左四份, 2口食得晒一件, 牛油入口即溶, 咖央甜甜地,牛油咸咸地, 味道完全唔會怪, 多士又脆口. 之後到蕃茄通粉, 同我想像中有少少出入, 蕃茄味比較淡,  雖然有蕃茄肉, 但係通粉同蕃茄D味好似係分開咗甘. 我叫左杯熱柚子茶少甜, 好彩有揀少甜, 因為已經好夠味. 我對面個位揀咗扎肉雞絲湯河粉, 唔好比佢外表呃左, 以為好淡, 估唔到係好香同濃雞湯味, 完全唔似有放味精, 河粉滑得黎又入味, 真係醒一醒神. 而檸檬薏米水唔算好甜, 不過就杰左D, 有D糖水嘅感覺. 經常食港色早餐, 有時食下馬拉野都真係有D驚喜.
