米芝蓮星級食肆「Louise」以其招牌雞聞名,食過嘅人都有讚冇彈,由於幾年黎都係一位難求,肥肥家族嘅初體驗都係靠疫情嚴峻時先訂外賣返屋企試,可惜期望過高,結果大失所望。深知外賣質素難跟堂食比較,晚市開放後見訂到位喎,家人都願意俾多次機會,親臨餐店品嚐名菜。週四落足一日雨,中午時份更一度黃雨,因清楚西餐廳於斜坡上嘅位置尤其危險,放工時間有可能塞車,所以就預鬆咗時間出門口,結果早到約半小時。雖然店內嘅散座大多仲係吉嘅,亦見到有客人就座,接待處位妹妹竟然帶有不悅及疑似責備嘅語氣告知餐桌未準備好,早到冇位座,暗示大家最好出外兜半個鐘先好返轉頭。由於雨勢未有減弱,坐車嘅長輩們行咗幾步路都已半身濕透,眼見露台有梳化位,XO仔就問準外籍經理哥哥可否坐底飲住酒等位,好彩佢冇異議。如餐牌所示,原來露天位置名為「Louise Bar Lounge」,屬餐廳酒吧區域。其實大雨下部份室外座根本唔坐得人,期後同樣早到嘅客人有啲仲要企住咁等位,真心唔明白點解唔可以容許食客早啲入座囉!無論係佢唔識得變通,又或者只係聽從上頭嘅指示,此舉只會令顧客未食已經反感。西餐廳嘅入口層有個長長嘅水吧,架上可見多瓶酒酒。中央嘅半梳

長輩早到時開咗樽白酒,只飲香檳嘅細佬就續杯點。 晚市餐牌共有四頁,均英法對照。首頁為六道菜套餐「Signature Menu」($1688/人)。 其餘三頁為散點項目。四人預訂咗一隻招牌雞,後應推介加多幾款頭盤及熱食分黎食。 寫好餸,妹妹仔迅即呈上配果仁醬嘅sourdough麵包。 Amuse Bouche:餐前小食「芝士泡芙」以熟成咗二十四個月嘅康提芝士所焗製,一口一件,香脆惹味,極易入口,送酒佳品也。
