放工後來到黃埔天地美食坊開餐,近來朋友經常提起上海菜,攪到我心思思,致令我特意來到這間「詠藜園四川擔擔麵」食晚飯,餐廳門口都以中國的傳統裝潢,好吸睛又來開始打下卡先。在門外看了一陣餐牌,價錢都是中規中矩。餐廳環境都好闊落,有一位較年青的男服務員真是值得提點讚揚,全晚都是他主力招呼我,包括端茶倒水、寫菜、收碟都是他,服務有效率又有耐性,真是不禁又再次讚賞他。剛剛那位熱誠的服務員推介了是日的優惠湯水,都有提點了兩次,是晚的優惠湯水是「西洋菜陳臀豬骨湯」,價錢都只是$8,雖然價錢平,但都非常足料濃郁。湯料有南北杏、西洋菜、陳臀》豬骨》甘筍、蜜棗等......抵飲又美味。我碗改良擔擔麵($45)約5分鐘已經端上來,我之前提點了選擇了小辣,介紹下普通擔擔麵是沒有豬肉碎,而我選擇的改良擔擔麵是有豬肉碎,吃起來會較惹味。肉碎中有花生粒、炸菜、蝦米等.......花生味道超濃郁,花生碎增加了脆香的口感,湯底微辣辛香,麵條煮得不會腍身,非常開胃惹味,果然是店中的招牌菜。小籠包都是即叫即蒸,等候的時間都會耐少少,楊家小湯包($38)一共有4粒,每粒都是大小均一,夾起時沒有穿皮漏湯汁,皮薄餡香,肉汁豐盈,師
