To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前都食過一次酸菜魚，好坦白味道唔錯，所以今日再去叫外賣食 。外賣楊洲炒飯 加兩個酸菜魚米線 。返到屋企打開盒炒飯： 結果只有腿，炒蛋，四季豆 。之後打電話返去問負責人。 點解楊洲炒飯變成火腿炒飯 。負責人話，佢哋舖佢嘅楊州炒飯只係有四樣嘢，蛋，四季豆，蝦仁同火腿 。其實55蚊個炒飯，唔係期望有啲咩 。我講一般楊洲炒飯都有幾粒叉燒。即時比位姐姐負責任人噴我。佢哋話楊州炒飯返度會有叉燒 。有叉燒果啲叫叉燒炒飯 。明白，食材係貴，每間舖都有唔同的楊洲炒飯。 既然你哋都承認漏咗蝦仁，講句唔好意思咪算囉，仲要惡過我 。今時今日咁嘅服務態度，點怪得大家北上消費 。
