To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六嘅3點幾 嚟到美食雲集嘅希雲街 今次揀左呢間 連續五年獲得東京拉麵秀冠軍🏆嘅人氣拉麵店食番個late lunch🤤🍜冠軍黑醬油拉麵($85)湯底加入高濃度嘅醬油 再加入獨家研製嘅魚醬湯頭 睇落黑蚊蚊 食落唔算太鹹 胡椒味亦相對突出😋半肥瘦叉燒 做到入口即溶嘅口感😍　糖心蛋熟度剛好 蛋味濃郁👍🏻🦀黃金蟹膏牛奶沾麵 ($95) 湯底牛奶及忌廉味香濃🥛一上枱熱辣辣嘅湯底 可惜太快就凍左🙊拉麵爽口彈牙 不過掛汁力唔算好高 配料則十分豐富 有蟹膏蟹柳🦀粟米🌽糖心蛋同叉燒😆🥟富山手工餃子 ($38)自家製餃子以豬肉做餡🐷 外皮亦好薄 表面煎至金黃✨ 唔會好油膩亦冇味精 十分健康☺
