To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去左食呢個東京拉麵show五知冠軍嘅拉麵！呢到嘅選擇都算多，有沾麵有拉麵，而且仲有唔同嘅味道。<富山灣白鹽蝦拉麵，$85>白鹽蝦拉麵，味道唔算好濃，淡淡嘅蝦湯，都唔錯。<魚介黑醬油沾麵，$90>魚介黑醬油個拉麵，個湯底唔錯，有好香嘅魚味，不過以沾麵嘅湯底嚟講就略嫌太稀。<富山雞翼，$48>雞翼應該係先炸再搽醬油，有少少脆感但又唔係好熱氣。<肉肉滿滿餃子，$42>餃子唔錯，個皮嘅厚薄度岩岩好，有啲口感又唔會搶左個餡嘅感覺，唔會好膩。
