To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間嚟自🇯🇵日本東京嘅過江龍一人燒肉專門店「燒肉 LIKE」，每次經過都見到大排長龍，今日去開沙田shopping一於試吓先！壽喜燒牛小排＆牛五花套餐🐮（$135/200g）牛肉新鮮、薄切，燒一陣就食得👍🏻 用咗地道嘅壽喜燒汁醃，味道正宗，仲有一隻溫泉蛋🥚、味噌湯同沙律🤤美國頂級西冷牛扒套餐🥩（$132/120g）西冷牛肉質地細嫩，入口即化，而且牛味十足！前菜揀咗沙律🥗牛五花套餐（$80/200g）🐮牛肉有嚼勁，脂肪比例適中，點唔同醬汁食，味道更豐富～前菜揀咗泡菜🌶️🥬特大皇帝蟹柳（$12/碟）🦀蟹柳好鮮甜，用3度火燒一陣就變金黃色😋天日鹽窩夫雪糕（$28）🧇🍦窩夫酥脆，淺藍色嘅雪糕唔太甜，味道似芋頭雪糕😆✨值得一讚嘅係店內通風唔錯，食完燒肉都唔會成身燒肉味👏🏻。枱上仲有各式各樣嘅醬汁可以自由配搭，夠晒方便～🫙
