To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同男朋友慶祝生日，去咗麗豪酒店食dinner buffet，6點開始可以食到9:30地方好闊落，枱同枱中間有1-2米距離，坐得好舒服😌😌一定要講就係服務好好，食完啲碟即刻會有人收，去攞嘢食啲人都會主動問你要啲咩👍🏻介紹吓嘢食先，先講回本海鮮區，今日海鮮有龍蝦、蟹腳、青口、蝦等🦐🦞🦀龍蝦會不停refill，每次去都一定有得攞唔洗同人搶，龍蝦食落仲有啲海水味，口感彈牙而蟹腳必食！蟹肉超多汁好鮮甜，食咗好多隻😍😍😍原來每人有一盅佛跳牆，好多料有鮑魚花膠花菇瑤柱，都幾好味，有驚喜😛頭盤有啲火腿芝士煙三文魚咁，沙律都有幾多選擇，仲有啲水果，壽司刺身區有三文魚甜蝦吞拿魚等等，都唔洗排隊攞🍣🥗🍎🍉🍈🍍到熱食區，因為係東南亞主題，其他普通熱食就唔講啦，但有個燒烤area好吸引，試咗串燒、燒豬頸肉、燒羊排都唔錯，feel到係即燒仲熱辣辣，好惹味🍖🍗🥩👍🏻👍🏻聽講有個泰國人廚師主理，唔怪之得個冬陰功湯咁好飲，好正宗嘅味道，又香又辣，見到超足料，飲咗成3碗🍲😋😋有個特飲區，椰汁冰同西瓜沙冰都可以一試，唔係間間酒店有🥤🍹到咗8點左右有個重頭戲，廚師會攞個火焰雪糕蛋糕出嚟點火，大家圍埋去打卡影相，跟住即場分

到咗女仔最鍾意嘅甜品環節，佢都有好多甜品，即場整嘅雞蛋仔出奇地好好味，仲有movenpick雪糕，因為適逢中秋節仲有奶黃月餅放題🤣🤣🍨🍦🍧🧁🍰🍮

如果之後再有慶祝活動我都會再嚟，價錢又合理，好多嘢食選擇，食龍蝦同蟹腳已經回晒本，整體好高質，一定會推薦朋友嚟！😋👍🏻👍🏻
