Restaurant: LIME FISH (Manhattan Mid-Town)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 老婆一向喺湯米、湯河支持者,見佢有條「魚仔」標誌,應該喺廚師推介之類啦。份量就好夠喇,仲鋪咗唔少紫洋蔥及金不換添,扎肉及魚片頭都交足貨,前者幾爽口,但後者似一般炸魚片,非魚片頭
,還好嘅喺幾爽,有魚味,河粉亦夠滑溜,湯底就普通啲,幸好無偏鹹嘅問題。

以小煎鑊盛載,幾有心思,但最特別喺配料,初睇表面,有啲辣椒乾、花生碎、青檸、沙糖放晌4邊,加上粉內有點豆腐乾及泰國臘腸,算預3弟見識少,呢個配搭我都喺第一次試,整體味道都唔錯,紛陳有個性。事後先知原來喺曼谷啲小巷風味,話時話,我真喺未去過泰國旅行喎

特濃即磨咖啡、熱好立克

今次就無特別想轉特飲,簡簡單單,我就揀杯咖啡,老婆就飲好立克。原來,佢餐牌上寫住「特濃」即磨咖啡,送到嚟就知咩事,喺即磨咖啡再加一小羹即溶咖啡粉,咁就當然濃郁啲啦,但不失醇香,枉佢又諗得出喎,哈哈

今餐算喺快上快落,眨眼食完餐晏。招呼不過不失,但至少唔會無禮貌,上菜快,食物嘅味道亦OK。雖然呢區有兩家越南餐廳「小越南」及「越棧」,但賣東南亞菜就得間極之麻麻嘅「牛車水」,相信無太直接對手下應該有得做。
