To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

9月、10月 麗豪酒店推出東南亞🇹🇭主題自助餐由於爸爸係印尼華僑所以就帶佢同埋媽咪嚟食一系列星馬泰地道特色佳餚有海鮮、有燒烤 好正呀！🔹燉湯鮑魚、花菇、榣柱等材料嚟燉好足料夠味！飲得出冇味精，滋潤好飲。👍🏻🔸海鮮冷盤：龍蝦🦞、長腳蟹、翡翠螺、青口…鮮甜有海水味，肉質新鮮，質數唔錯架！🔸東南亞燒烤：多春魚、豬頸肉、沙嗲、菠蘿、茄子…真心要試哂，樣樣都好食，豬頸肉大件彈牙，配埋泰式魚露一流！🔸燒烤：澳洲和牛、燒蠔、羊架…和牛肉質鮮嫩，口感好正。羊架好好食！！燒的焦香鬆軟，難怪好快就比人搶哂😂。🔸熱盤：咖哩牛、咖哩羊、越南春卷、蒸魚、海南雞…爸爸話咖啡羊好好味，香濃又炆得淋。我就食左海南雞，肥美嫩滑！🔸特式夏日飲料：龍眼冰、椰汁冰、青檸檬茶即叫即整，超解渴呀！.🔸甜品：記得留肚食，因為款式好多！多款芝士蛋糕、芒果蛋糕、木槺布甸、焦糖燉蛋、蘋果撻、燕窩燉蛋白、雞蛋仔、豆腐花…我推介oreo蛋糕同芒果蛋糕雞蛋仔都好好食，好脆、好有蛋香！❤️配雪糕食一流呀！.另外，仲可以參加自製Cupcake 工作坊只要喺book位嘅時候同職員留位就得👩🏻‍🍳
